I am industrious, self-motivated and hold a BA Hon. Management and Psychology (2^nd Class Upper Division) degree, Masters in Entrepreneurial Management both from the University of Ghana. I also hold a Master of Applied Business Research and Doctorate in Business Administration from the Swiss Business School. I worked for EMPRETEC Ghana as a Senior Marketing Manager for over a decade and I am a United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) International Master Trainer for their Flagship Entrepreneurship Training Workshop (ETW) Program to date. Hence, to walk the talk as a Trainer and Consultant, I set up FORDFLORA Company Ltd in 2004 to produce garments. FORDFLORA has produced uniforms for both security and private organizations.

I am a transformational and servant leader who believes in encouraging and empowering people to meet organizational goals, focusing primarily on building community. From my background in Northern Ghana, I have passionately pursued the empowerment of African women and youth through the means of education and entrepreneurship. In my UNCTAD EMPRETEC entrepreneurship training career, I have trained over 10,000 women and youth to transform them into entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs, thereby reducing unemployment and creating wealth for themselves and their nations. I combine the transformational and servant leadership styles to effectively engage with people from diverse backgrounds and create change starting with our social systems. This has consistently created committed workers who are more engaged, enthusiastic, and excellent in their work.
