With a background in finance, public policy and law and I have over eight years’ experience in budgeting and project management. Before becoming an entrepreneur, I worked with development partners and government with a focus on training and project management. I was a key member of a team that successfully designed 5 (five) development projects totaling over USD 1 billion. During these years I developed skills in strategic planning, effective communication, deep dive researching, and negotiation. These skills have become invaluable as I lead a diverse and growing team, navigate challenges and drive success within our dynamic and competitive industry. I am passionate about empowering women, innovation, social impact and creating value. I approach everyday striving to find the delicate balance between personal fulfillment and business success.
